Role: Program Manager – Talent Demand (Europe)
We are looking for a Program Manager – Talent Demand to drive demand-side planning and execution across Europe. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, stakeholder management, and execution, ensuring our European talent demand pipeline is well-planned, tracked, and scaled. You will work closely with European stakeholders, internal sales teams, and leadership to centralize planning, analyze performance, and unlock new growth opportunities across regions and client segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary coordination point between European teams and the central India team for demand planning and execution
- Own monthly performance analysis and reporting , covering demand fulfillment, pipeline health, and forward-looking projections.
- Drive alignment on demand forecasts, timelines, and capacity planning across regions and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain leadership-ready dashboards and reportsusing Excel and PowerPoint.
- Identify gaps, risks, and growth opportunitiesthrough data-driven analysis across clients and geographies.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to plan, operationalize, and execute demand programsensuring smooth handoffs and disciplined follow-through
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years in consulting, program management, strategy, operations, or similar role
- Analytical Strength: Strong comfort with data analysis, projections, and performance reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; confident in stakeholder-facing roles.

About the Role
We are looking for a Support Engineer who will be the bridge between our operations, product, and engineering teams. You’ll serve as the first line of technical support — resolving operational issues, coordinating with stakeholders, and automating repetitive tasks through scripts to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point-of-contact for operations and business stakeholders, addressing requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with the development team for long-term fixes.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate common operational tasks and requests.
- Query and analyze data using SQL to troubleshoot and validate issues.

Salary, Benefits, and Taxes
1. Will I be provided with accommodation in Germany?
Yes, furnished accommodation will be arranged before your arrival in Germany. However, the monthly rent and associated costs will be deducted from your gross salary at the end of each month.
2. Is medical insurance provided?
Yes, you will receive medical coverage through Germany’s health insurance system.
3. What is the average salary for a registered nurse in Germany?
The salary varies based on experience, location, and healthcare facility. On average:
- Before recognition: €2,600 - €2,900
- After recognition: €3,000 - €3,400
Recognition Process
1. What are the requirements to work as a Registered Nurse in Germany?
- A recognized nursing qualification (B.Sc. Nursing or GNM diploma).
- Registration as an RN with the State Nursing Council in India.
Language and Exams
1. Do I need to speak German to work as a nurse in Germany?

Yes. You may apply for German Citizenship after residing in Germany for 5 years and fulfilling integration requirements.
