Role: Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer (Backend) who is passionate about solving real-world problems through technology. You’ll work closely with lead engineers and product & business teams to design and build backend systems that power our products

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask)
  • Work on database design and query optimization (PostgreSQL / MongoDB).
  • Contribute to building observable systems — implement metrics, logging, and alerting.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

We are seeking a dynamic AI Product Manager based in Mumbai to own and drive the development of either of our flagship products – CarePilot, an AI companion that supports nurses in documentation, workflow efficiency, and compliance, or Nurse Companion, our AI-driven learning and upskilling app for healthcare professionals preparing for international roles. Salary, Benefits, and Taxes

1. Will I be provided with accommodation in Germany?
Yes, furnished accommodation will be arranged before your arrival in Germany. However, the monthly rent and associated costs will be deducted from your gross salary at the end of each month.

Yes, you will receive medical coverage through Germany’s health insurance system.

3. What is the average salary for a registered nurse in Germany?
The salary varies based on experience, location, and healthcare facility. On average:

Recognition Process
