Role: Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer (Backend) who is passionate about solving real-world problems through technology. You’ll work closely with lead engineers and product & business teams to design and build backend systems that power our products

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask)
• Work on database design and query optimization (PostgreSQL / MongoDB).
• Contribute to building observable systems — implement metrics, logging, and alerting.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between backend and frontend systems.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience building backend applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience in building APIs (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) and working with databases. (Postgresql / Mongo)
• Working experience with AWS
• Experience in Containerization and Docker
• Exposure to observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, or similar).

Nice to Have

• Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS).

About the Role

We are looking for a Support Engineer who will be the bridge between our operations, product, and engineering teams. You’ll serve as the first line of technical support — resolving operational issues, coordinating with stakeholders, and automating repetitive tasks through scripts to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point-of-contact for operations and business stakeholders, addressing requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with the development team for long-term fixes.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate common operational tasks and requests.
• Query and analyze data using SQL to troubleshoot and validate issues.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base of recurring issues and their resolutions.
• Contribute to system monitoring and observability improvements.

Qualifications

Required

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience supporting web and CRMs applications.
• Working knowledge of Zoho CRM
• Strong Python scripting skills.
• Experience writing SQL queries for investigation and reporting.

Nice to Have

• Experience with observability or monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / Azure).

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic AI Product Manager based in Mumbai to own and drive the development of either of our flagship products – CarePilot, an AI companion that supports nurses in documentation, workflow efficiency, and compliance, or Nurse Companion, our AI-driven learning and upskilling app for healthcare professionals preparing for international roles. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building AI-first SaaS products in healthcare, with the ability to translate customer needs into impactful product features.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Define and drive the roadmap for CarePilot or Nurse Companion, ensuring alignment with company vision and customer needs.
• AI/GenAI Product Development: Work with engineering and design teams to conceptualize, develop, and deliver AI-driven features (e.g., real-time voice-to-structure, contextual workflow assistants, adaptive learning modules).
• Customer Research: Engage with nurses, administrators, and healthcare facilities to gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and prioritize features.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track success metrics, using data to inform iterations and improvements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, solutions, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into technical requirements.

Qualifications

Required

• 2–5 years of product management experience in AI/GenAI or SaaS products (health tech experience strongly preferred).
• Strong educational background: Bachelor’s from IIT/BITS; MBA from IIM/ISB preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering SaaS products from ideation to market.
• Familiarity with LLMs, speech-to-text, or other AI technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare workflows (documentation, EHR, compliance systems) and/or learning & training platforms.
• Exposure to German/EU healthcare markets or regulatory environments.
• Prior startup experience, ideally in fast-paced 0→1 product environments.

You're a seasoned Backend Engineer with 5+ years of experience who thrives on building products from zero to one. You're a technical leader who can own an entire product's backend architecture, make architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers. While backend-focused, you understand frontend concepts well enough to review code and ensure smooth integration. You understand that in an early-stage startup, you need to balance technical excellence with pragmatic choices that get products to market quickly. You're excited about taking full ownership of backend systems while building and guiding a small engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of backend architecture for one core product vertical - from design to delivery to ongoing optimization
• Mentor 2-3 junior engineers while maintaining hands-on involvement in critical features
• Design and build robust APIs using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) that power our web and mobile applications
• Build and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, implementing containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
• Set up monitoring and observability using Grafana and related tools, ensuring system health at scale
• Integrate with third-party AI services including LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and voice technologies (STT/TTS)
• Establish engineering best practices including CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and testing strategies

Qualifications

• 5-7 years building and shipping production backend systems, with proven ability to scale products from 0→1 and 1→10
• Strong expertise in Python backend frameworks (FastAPI/Django/Flask)
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) in production environments
• Strong background in API design, microservices architecture, distributed systems with messaging solutions (RabbitMQ/Kafka)
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for complex data modeling
• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana) and building observable systems
• Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers in a hands-on capacity
• Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions balancing quality with speed of execution
