The Interview & Enrollment stage includes a screening interview with the BorderPlus team, a review of the candidate's nursing qualifications and documents, an explanation of the Saudi placement process, and enrollment into the BorderPlus Prometric Finishing School. Candidates who have already cleared Prometric can move directly into hospital interview preparation instead of enrolling in the Finishing School.
The Prometric Finishing School is BorderPlus's preparation track for the Prometric licensing exam required to practice nursing in Saudi Arabia. It runs 12 weeks and includes mock tests and assessment support. Candidates also go through a separate 8-week DataFlow documentation track covering credential verification and documentation guidance.
DataFlow verification is the credential check used to confirm a nurse's degrees, licenses, and work history before a license to practice is issued. BorderPlus provides 8 weeks of DataFlow Documentation Support, covering complete documentation guidance and verification process management to help candidates avoid delays or rejection.
Once a candidate is eligible, BorderPlus arranges direct interviews with Saudi hospitals during active hiring cycles, matching candidates to each job vacancy for nurses in Saudi Arabia as it opens. Candidates receive grooming and interview preparation support, and BorderPlus coordinates offer letters once a hospital extends one.
After selection, BorderPlus provides visa processing support, documentation handling, flight ticket coordination, and pre-departure guidance for candidates who accept Saudi nursing jobs vacancies. BorderPlus supports candidates through this stage until they successfully depart for Saudi Arabia.
