Mumbai: Healthcare workforce placement platform BorderPlus has launched its first regional training and support center in , Kerala.

The centre will offer in-person exam preparation, personalized counseling, and comprehensive documentation support. Through this center, BorderPlus will also provide digital offerings, directly supporting nurses across Kerala and neighbouring regions.

As per the company release the centre has an operational strength of “120 candidates and the company plans to expand it further to more than 500.”

“The center will be operated by a trusted local franchisee partner and enrollments have already started,” it added.

Meanwhile the placement platform also committed ₹10 crore for a scholarship program to train nurses over the next two years.

“This scholarship initiative is a powerful testament to our commitment to supporting Indian nurses in realizing their global aspirations, ensuring they are equipped to make meaningful and valued contributions to healthcare systems worldwide,” said Mayank Kumar and Ayush Mathur, Co-founders of BorderPlus.

Candidates for the program will be selected based on their merit, through a screening and interview process and long-term career alignment.
